Sarah Jones brings over 20 years of automotive experience and a lifelong passion for the industry to Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace. Her career has taken her through almost every part of the dealership giving her a well-rounded understanding of both operations and customer experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, as well as licenses in Finance & Insurance, Property & Casualty, and Life Insurance. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her three kids, three dogs, and husband—along with her three sisters. She loves trail riding, haunted houses, and taking her kids shopping. Her mix of professionalism, humor, and heart embodies the spirit of Sarah Jones Ford.

Born and raised in St. Ignace, Jane Weiss has been the heart of our dealership for over 15 years. As Office Manager, she keeps operations running smoothly with her attention to detail and accounting expertise. A graduate of Lake Superior State University with a degree in accounting, Jane brings both professionalism and warmth to everything she does. Family-oriented and deeply rooted in the community, Jane is the proud mother of two adult sons and an essential part of our dealership family.

Mike Hewitt brings more than four decades of automotive industry experience to Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace. Since beginning his career in 1983, Mike has built an impressive resume, serving in nearly every level of dealership leadership—from Finance Manager and Sales Manager to General Manager. His extensive knowledge of dealership operations, commitment to customer satisfaction, and passion for developing successful teams make him a respected leader in the automotive industry. Mike believes that a dealership should be more than just a place to buy or service a vehicle—it should be an active and trusted part of the community. He is passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and supporting the communities we serve. Outside of the dealership, Mike enjoys competitive sport shooting, hosting radio shows, and staying engaged in current events. He and his wife, Kim, are happily married and are proud parents of four grown daughters and grandparents to nine wonderful grandchildren. With more than 40 years of industry experience and a strong commitment to both customers and community, Mike is proud to lead the team at Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace and help ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional dealership experience.

With 23 years of experience in Ford dealerships, Sandee Strahan brings exceptional leadership and deep service expertise to Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace. She began her career as a Service Advisor and went on to serve as a Ford Dealership Service Manager for six years before recently joining our team. We are truly grateful and fortunate to have her. A consistent high achiever, Sandee has earned four Ford Service Excellence Awards, reflecting her commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, she is known in the shop as both the “shop mom” and “the squirrel”—always moving, always solving, and always looking out for her team. Married for eight years and a proud parent of four, Sandee enjoys paddle boarding and spending time outdoors when she’s not keeping the service department running smoothly.

Born and raised in St. Ignace, Travis Tatrow takes pride in keeping every vehicle looking its best as part of our detail team. With a strong work ethic, he ensures each car leaves the dealership spotless and ready for the road. Outside of work, Travis enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding four-wheelers. He’s a proud dad to one daughter and shares his home with his dog, Pepper. We’re excited to have Travis on board as a valued new member of the Sarah Jones Ford team.

Born and raised in St. Ignace, Austin Downey brings over 11 years of experience and strong community values to his role as Lead Technician. A Ford Master Certified Technician with Engine and Chassis Master Certifications, Austin is nearing his Senior Master Certification and holds State Master Certification. Outside of the shop, Austin serves as a Volunteer Firefighter Sergeant and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children. His dedication, skill, and hometown pride make him a trusted expert and valued member of our team.

Casey Livingston brings a strong work ethic and hands-on experience to our service team. Before joining the Ford family, he spent nine years as an Iron Union worker and painter blaster, with a background in construction. Originally from Paradise, Michigan, Casey has called St. Ignace home for the past 30 years. A proud father of five—four boys and one girl—he enjoys spending his free time outdoors hunting and fishing. Casey’s dedication, skill, and positive attitude make him a valued part of our dealership team.

With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, John Maudrie brings knowledge and reliability to his role as Service Writer. He spent 10 years behind the parts counter and another 10 years assisting customers in the service department, ensuring every visit runs smoothly. A St. Ignace resident for 24 years, John is deeply involved in the community. He has coached Little League baseball for the past four years and volunteered his time helping build the Moran Muskies baseball field. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their two children.

Ken Wingo Jr. brings a true passion for cars to our service team. With seven years of experience as a certified technician, Ken is working on certifications in manual transmissions, engines, brakes, and electrical systems. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, Ken enjoys working on, driving, and learning about cars—especially his favorite, the Ford Raptor. His dedication, skill, and enthusiasm make him a valuable part of our growing team.

Randy Bawks is a Senior Master Technician at Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace, bringing more than 21 years of automotive repair experience to our service team. Born and raised in Pickford, Michigan, Randy has built his career on a passion for solving problems and takes pride in the fact that no two days in the shop are ever the same. As a Ford Senior Master Technician, Randy specializes in diesel engine diagnostics and repair, while also providing expert service across the full range of Ford vehicles. His extensive technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship make him a trusted resource for both customers and fellow technicians. Outside the dealership, Randy enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, camping, and at the shooting range. He's also a devoted dog owner and loves spending time with his two Dalmatians. Randy has been married since 2014, and service to the community is an important part of his family's life. He has proudly served as a volunteer firefighter for more than 20 years, and his wife is also a volunteer firefighter. The tradition of service runs deep in his family, with both his father and brother dedicating decades to serving their communities as volunteer firefighters. Randy's dedication to his craft, his expertise in diesel engines, and his commitment to serving both customers and his community embody the values we strive for every day at Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace.

Scott Syrowik brings more than 26 years of automotive parts experience to Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace. Originally from Flint, Michigan, Scott spent most of his adult life in the Midland area before joining our team. Before beginning his automotive career, Scott proudly served in the United States Navy. He entered the car business as a parts driver and, through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to customer service, advanced into leadership. Scott has now spent more than a decade managing Ford Parts departments, building a reputation for knowledge, reliability, and exceptional support for both customers and service technicians. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time fishing, watching sports, and relaxing with his three dogs. He is the proud father of one adult daughter. Scott's extensive Ford parts expertise and passion for helping customers make him a valuable member of the Sarah Jones Ford family, and we're excited to have him leading our Parts Department.

Cynthia Gill is proud to serve customers as a Parts Professional at Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace. Born and raised in Hessel, Michigan, Cynthia has strong roots in the Eastern Upper Peninsula and enjoys helping members of her local community find the parts and service they need. Before joining the Sarah Jones Ford team, Cynthia spent more than six years with Tractor Supply, where she gained valuable experience in parts, inventory management, and customer service while advancing into management. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to helping customers make her a great addition to our Parts Department. Family is at the heart of everything Cynthia does. She and her husband have been married for eight years and are the proud parents of two young children, ages four and 18 months, with their third baby on the way. When she's not at work, Cynthia enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her growing family. Cynthia is excited to be part of the Sarah Jones Ford family and looks forward to providing friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer who visits our dealership.

Kristen brings an impressive combination of automotive finance and banking experience to her role as Business Manager at Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace. Born and raised in the Sault Ste. Marie area, Kristen has spent the past eight years working as a Business Manager/F&I Manager in the automotive industry. Before entering the dealership world, she built a 16-year career at a credit union, starting as a teller and working her way up through nearly every position in between before becoming a Loan Officer. Her extensive lending and finance background gives Kristen a wealth of knowledge when it comes to helping customers navigate the financing process and find options that fit their individual needs. A self-proclaimed lover of numbers and spreadsheets, Kristen is right at home in the business office. She enjoys the details, problem-solving, and organization that come with her role—but it’s helping customers that makes all those numbers worthwhile. Outside of work, Kristen is the proud mom of an adult son who is truly her pride and joy—and anyone who spends much time with her will probably hear about him! She also loves spending time training and playing with her two dogs, a Chocolate Lab and a Springer Spaniel/Bulldog mix. Kristen enjoys spending time with friends and is both spontaneous and crafty. Whether she's creating table centerpieces, decorating Christmas trees, or coming up with her next project, she always seems to have something creative in the works. With her extensive financial background, attention to detail, and outgoing personality, Kristen is a wonderful addition to the Sarah Jones Ford team and is committed to making the financing portion of the car-buying experience as easy and comfortable as possible.

Aaron Burrows brings energy and enthusiasm to our sales team. With over 12 years of experience in the fire alarm industry and two years in sales, he combines customer service expertise with a genuine passion for cars—especially his favorite, the Ford Raptor. Aaron is from Cedarville and outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two dogs, cheering on the Detroit Lions, and taking advantage of Northern Michigan’s great outdoors through fishing and boating.

Born and raised in St. Ignace, Nicklas O’Brien brings a fresh perspective, positive energy, and a true can-do attitude to the sales team at Sarah Jones Ford. As one of the younger members of our team, Nick is building his career in the automotive industry with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to take great care of his customers. Nick’s connection to Ford goes back generations. His grandfather, Charles Robert O’Brien, spent his career with Ford Motor Company and retired in 1988 as an Executive Processing Engineer at the Ford Dearborn Assembly Plant. That family history gives Nick an extra sense of pride in representing the Ford brand today in his hometown of St. Ignace. Friendly, hardworking, and always willing to jump in and help, Nick enjoys getting to know his customers, learning what matters most to them, and helping them find the vehicle that fits their needs. Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or need some guidance along the way, Nick is ready to help make the car-buying experience easy and enjoyable. Outside of the dealership, Nick is a big hockey fan who enjoys both playing and watching the sport. He also enjoys catching a good movie and spending time with friends and family. Nick is excited to continue growing his career at Sarah Jones Ford and looks forward to building lasting relationships with customers throughout St. Ignace and the surrounding communities.

Sally Buskirk brings an incredible 32 years of automotive experience to the team at Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace. Raised in Dafter, Michigan, and now calling Hessel home, Sally has spent her career serving customers throughout the Eastern Upper Peninsula. Over the years, Sally has worked in many areas of the automotive industry, including sales, service writing, service management, and more, giving her a wealth of knowledge and a well-rounded understanding of the dealership experience. Today, she puts that experience to work as a Sales Professional at Sarah Jones Ford of St. Ignace, helping customers find the right vehicle while making the process comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. Warm, bright, and always ready with a smile, Sally has a way of making everyone feel welcome. And if you happen to stop by the dealership in the morning, there’s a good chance she’ll have a fresh pot of coffee ready! Outside of the dealership, Sally has been married for six years and is the proud mother of three and grandmother of four. A true Northern Michigan outdoor enthusiast, she loves ice fishing, riding her motorcycle, and spending time on the water in her boat. She’s also a HUGE Detroit Lions fan and never misses an opportunity to cheer on her team. With more than three decades in the automotive business and a genuine love for working with people, Sally brings experience, energy, and a whole lot of personality to Sarah Jones Ford.
